Cooperative preschools are organized by families with similar philosophies who hire a trained teacher to provide their children with a quality preschool experience. The preschool is administered and maintained by the parents. The parents assist the professional teacher in the classroom on a rotating basis and participate in the educational program of all the children. Each family shares in the business operation of the school, thus making it truly a cooperative venture. Parents, preschool children and their teachers all go to school together and learn together.
Get It, Got It, Go Assessment Program
Little Indian Preschool is excited to now be a Pilot site for the Get It, Got It, Go assessment program. This is a 3 year program, in association with the LISD, that focuses on a child's pre-literacy development.
Current members who refer a new member will recieve $20.00 off next months tuition, just have them mention your name at registration.
Come join us for our summer playdates! Starting Tuesday June 15, we will meet at the Little Indian playground every Tuesday at 10:00am through Labor Day. Come to meet new friends, visit with old playmates, or to get a tour of the school. All families with preschoolers welcome. Bring your olders kids along too. We will not meet in the rain.
